Well I am working on my new web site. Well not really new, re-vamped would be a better word. Altascopy.com has been around for almost 15 years and has provided me with a wonderful living…..until a few years ago when I kind of lost interest and it went down hill. Well lately I came to realize that money doesn’t fall from trees and I have certain things that I want to do in this life, namely paying the bills.

So I started working on the web site again. I bought a new shopping cart and for the last 2 months I have been plugging in products. I used to have a crew of people working for me. They would put all the orders together and send them out. I was really flying. I had bookkeepers, ink pourers, refill kit builders, order  takers you name it. Then the orders started to dwindle.

So I did what most starving entrepreneurs would do. I started letting people go. No amount of advertising seemed to help and I was getting behind on my Mortgage.  So I began selling stuff on eBay to help make ends meet. That worked for a while until eBay started raising their fees and I went past the break even point. So what to do? I began buying cheap books and selling them on Amazon. Worked great until Amazon raised their fees and left me with no profit. Then I had the brilliant idea of selling other products on Amazon and drop shipping them to the customer. Well eventually between the Amazon fees, PayPal fees, drop shipping fees and incredibly high shipping fees from the vendors I went in the hole again.

Seemed like everybody was making money but me.

So here I am living in my little tin can of a trailer after living the good life. I had it all. Big house, SUV’s, boat, lots of money to living in squallier. It’s not so bed really because I don’t have that $1,600 mortgage looming over my head, and the $800 boat payment and the $1500/wk payroll. I came full circle and I am starting over again.

I hate to be negative, so enough of that. I am generally a positive person so I will only say nice things from here on out. I let my attitude slip which probably got me into this, so don’t be like me. When things are going your way find out how to make things better instead of sitting back. Keep things moving forward. Once you’ve made it keep on keeping on. Find a way every day to improve things. If you sit back and let things happen by default you will not like the outcome. Life has a way of sneaking up on you and kicking you in the ass if you don’t keep going forward.

Marketing on the internet is 10 times harder than marketing in the real world. In the brick and mortar world you hang up a shingle, knock on a few doors and you get business and make some money. On the internet you can also hang your shingle, knock on a few doors and get immediately banned and/or blacklisted.

On the internet you have to learn how to market without marketing.

You can actually make a few bucks without resorting to blackhat but you will need to work for 15 – 20 hours a day for about a year before you see a profit. Who the fuck has time for that?

Every place on the internet hates marketers. Here are a few examples. Google makes the lions share of its revenue from advertisers, however, Google hates advertisers. They penalize all of their advertisors with quality scores and if they don’t like your score you must pay $25/click to get any business. Lets equate that to advertising in a newspaper. When you place your ad the newspaper people tell you, “we don’t like your ad so we will charge you $25 for everybody who reads it. How long will you keep advertising in that newspaper?

Take Facebook. The second largest traffic source on the internet. If they don’t like your ad they won’t even run it. Unfortunately they don’t like 99% of all the ads submitted.  You can’t even pay them to run your ad if they don’t like it.

Try advertising on any forum and you will get banned. Yahoo and Bing will take your money fast enough but you are competing with companies that have no trouble spending $18 – $20 per click for the first 2 pages of any worthwhile keyword. These are the companies that I mentioned above, the ones that have spent millions and already put in the one or two years of 17 hour days.

Craigslist is another fine example. If you want to clean out your closet and sell a few odds and ends, no problem. But look just a tiny bit like a business and your ads get banned or ghosted and your account closed.

So in order to make any money on the internet you have to sell without selling and the only way to do that is through balckhat marketing. What you must do is make a compromise with your customer. You tell them anything they want to hear, anything, and you will get their business. TV advertisers have been doing this for years and internet marketers are just catching on. Every single TV ad is a scam. EVERY ONE, there are no exceptions. There is absolutely no regulation of the television advertising medium. They can and do lie about everything. Welcome to blackhat marketing.

So if you want to make any money on the internet you have to act like a TV advertiser and lie, lie, lie your ass off. And in order to advertise on the internet don’t make your ads look like ads. Make them blend in to your web page. Forget banner advertising, it doesn’t work. Use a story to sell your product. Use every tactic that you can think of to make your ad not look like an ad. If you do this you will not get banned and you will sell.

When you feel like you are feeling bad remember that you are going against the nature of the universe. The entire universe will realize that your negative energy is expanding. If you just decide to feel good you are zoning into the positive energies that the universe has to offer.

Sometimes when things are going wrong it is difficult to feel good but if you remember that feeling good gravitates you towards the positive energies that the universe provides then you can begin to enjoy the many things that the universe has to offer.

There are energies that will attract to your bad feelings and attract more of the same. As difficult as it may seem to you, you must reject bad feelings from your life. Because like attracts like and the more bad feelings you have the more you will attract.

The same goes with good feelings. The more good feelings that you attract the more will come your way. So think of your good feelings as GOD feelings because that is what they truly are. They are vibrations of the God conciseness coming through to you.

Like attracts like and that is the cornerstone of the Law of Attraction. The more you think about negative things in your life the more negative things you will actually attract into your life.

What you think about most in your daily life is exactly what will be attracted into your reality.

If you love something do yourself a favor and go after it. The old saying, “Do what you love and the money will follow” is absolutely true. There is enough money to go around for everybody. It doesn’t matter how much you make you are NOT taking it out of somebody’s pocket who needs it.

The universe is NOT a zero sum game. Money is amazingly abundant. All the money you want or need is available to you right now. Just go out and get it. Make your mind game as positive as you can and don’t think about being impoverished. The more you think about poverty the more you will become abject to it.

Your subconscious mind is so incredibly tuned into what you want that it will deliver everything that you ask for, everything that you think about. If you dwell on poverty all day long it will deliver poverty. If you dwell on riches and prosperity it will deliver that as well. Whatever you think about most will be delivered to you. Your subconscious mind never sleeps and it will deliver to you exactly what you concentrate upon mostly.

So examine your daily thoughts and think, really think and examine what you are thinking about mostly. Are they thoughts of prosperity or are they thoughts of why you can’t pay your bills? If you can’t pay your bills maybe you should examine your thoughts more closely because thoughts are things and your subconscious mind will obey your every command.

If your daily thoughts are about not paying your bills start thinking of a life without the worries of paying your bills. It may be difficult at first but eventually you will begin to get your thoughts back on track. Remember, you create your own reality in your thoughts. The things that you think about are much more powerful than you can imagine. They are the cornerstone of your existence. They are the truest amount of life that your lifeform can experience.

So don’t clutter up your mind with crappy thoughts. Think positive and good things. If your life is really messed up you might have to restructure your entire life’s worth of thinking. You didn’t get to this point overnight and it may take a little bit to uncloud your mind. It might have been a long time of brainwashing from your family and friends so don’t think you can do this overnight.

You have been affected by years of bad mind effects and you will have to work hard to unalter the years of bad brainwashing that you have been through during your lifetime. It can be done and done quickly as long as you come to the reality that you are back in control. Stop letting other people control your outcome and ultimately your life. Remember the movie with Kneau Reeves called Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure? The theme was “Be Excellent to Each Other”.

This movie was an enjoyable romp about two teens who needed to make a great presentation in high school or else risk flunking out and much worse going to a military academy.

The best part was when they went to the future that they created by their philospohy and everybody there was excellent to each other.

So why can’t we live today by being excellent to each other? It is a fact that if you help somebody that the favor will come back to you two fold. It is a law of the universe. It is a universal axium that if you do something to help another person that you will be rewarded.

Many people have this backwards. They think that as soon as they are able, financially or otherwise, that they will start doing nice things to other people. But the universe does not work that way. You must FIRST send out your ship before you can expect your ship to come in.

The law of attraction is universal and it clearly works at it’s peak when a person gives from his heart without any expectations. It is simple to do. Here are a few tips. Whenever you see a jar on a counter in a store for donations just drop in a few cents. When you see somebody stranded alongside of the road offer them your services or the use of your cell phone. If your neighbor needs you to look after their kid for a few hours while they take their car to the service station, be there. If any of your relatives or friends asks for your help moving or installing something gladly offer to help.

The list of things that you can do to help your fellow man is endless. But the rewards are equally as endless. Get out of the mindset that you need some kind of payback for helping your fellow man. An open heart willing to help out with no expectations of any kind of payback is the best way to go.

People that are very self centered or only think about what they want in life without regard to what they have to offer other people normally do not get what they want in their own lives. A person who only thinks of themself is out of balance with the harmony of the universe. You can tell who these people are just by talking to them. All they do is talk about themselves and their lives and do not let you get a word in edgewise.

I’m sure you know a few people like that. Your job is not to interfere with their lives but to help them realize that you can help them if they so desire. It may seem like a chore at first but your application of the greatest rule of the universe will help you in the long run.

Have you considered community service in your spare time? I know what you’re thinking… What spare time? I’m working 8 hours a day and when I come home I have to cook for 2 kids and get them ready for bed. That is a gruling schedule and a lot of people are trapped in this scenario. The weekends can be used for community service if you are trapped in this environment. Believe me when I say that a little community service will come back in duplicate to you and your family.

Don’t pass up an opportunity to help out a fellow human being. Be especially receptive to anybody who asks you for help. Do it because you want to and not because you expect a favor in return. The universe always returns the favor.

So as I said before, “Be Excellent to Each Other”. The universe will then be excellent to you!

Probably nobody really likes to watch commercials on TV or listen to them on their favorite radio station but most of you do anyway. We are bombarded with commercials every day from television to the radio to billboards to newspapers and magazines to fliers and the internet. On average most people in America are exposed to 247  commercial messages each and every day and that is a conservative estimate, some study groups say a lot more.

What does this do to your subconscious mind? Your mind can interperate a commercial advertisement even if your attention is drawn away from the ad. All you have to do is hear it. Even though your thoughts are drawn to something which completely drowns out the ad you are still obsorbing the information through your subconscious mind.

The worst example of this are ads on TV for prescription medicine. Personally I think all ads for prescription medicine should be banned on TV and radio and there are significant reasons for this. The drug companies know full well that the power of persuasion works on many different levels. The most relevant are those commercials about terrible diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

The drug companies know too well that their commercials are very likely to trigger these diseases in a certain percentage of the people who watch their commercials simply by implanting the thought into the minds of the masses. They are counting on the fact that their commercials will create the very disease in people that they conventiently have a pill for.

Have you listened to some of the disclaimers that these idiot pharmasuiticals have for some of their drugs? For example a drug for deprission can actually cause depression and suicidal tendencies. Many of the drugs advertised have worse side effects that the drug is designed to alleviate. Some actually advertise that taking their drug can cause death!

What kind of audacity do these people have as principals? Probably none as they keep pumping out these ludicrous commercials hoping that people will succumb to the disease that they are pushing that week. They flood the TV screens across the nation when their business gets slow hoping to make more people sick through auto-suggestion.

If your doctor is anywhere near competent he/she does not need you to suggest a medication for your ailment that you saw advertised on TV. I would suggest that if your doctor agrees with your recommendation on how to treat your ailment based on a TV ad that you saw you should immediately start looking for a new doctor.

Also, the commercial with the jingle that sticks in your mind for days is doing their job of attacking your subconscious mind with an attack that obliterates your thinking process so much that you can’t think of anything else at all. Insurance companies are great for this kind of attack.

I love watching TV as much as anybody but as soon as a commercial comes on I hit the mute button and try not to watch the screen. The advertising companies know that this is occurring with a greater frequency because they are putting a lot more visual keys on the screen to supplant into your mind. Subliminal clues to implant in your mind even if you have the sound turned off.

They will stop at nothing and millions of dollars are spent every day to find a way to get into your consciousness in order to extract more and more money out of your pocket or to make you sick. Your best defense is to reject the ads wherever you can. Keep your eyes on the road and ignore the billboards. Turn off the radio when the ads are playing and most important of all mute the TV and try to focus your visual attention away from the TV when ads are running.

You will save a LOT of money and your health will be incredibly improved. Your subconsciousness mind in very susceptible to suggestion and the drug companies know this. Their job is to feed you with their ridiculous sugar pills laced with the latest drug comprised from horseshoe crab adrenal glands to scorpion venom.

My motto is always to take back your mind, because you lost it. It wasn’t your fault but now that you are aware of it take action right now by ignoring as many commercial ads that you can. Your life will be much better.

There may be a lot of things that you don’t like about yourself but don’t confuse your outward appearence with what you are thinking inside. Actually if you had full control of your mind you could wake up tomorrow with a full head of hair.

Stranger things have happened. But lets get started in baby steps because you certainly did not start to walk before you learned to crawl. There are certain physical laws that you are going to have to learn to deal with.

Magnificent and miraculas things have happened to people but they have some things in common with brain injuries. Many chain smokers who had strokes completely forgot that they smoked and had no craving for tobacco after their affliction. This is a physical reaction to a trama however, but the same thing can happen if you train your mind to ignore certain impulses, such as hypnosis can deliver.

You can train your physical brain to do a lot of things but you cannot train it to change your body. These kinds of changes can only come from from the mind. The brain and the mind are two separate entities. The mind controls the brain and the brain carries out those ideas.

If you want to have total control of your body you must first learn to control your mind, not your brain. If you don’t want to be blad any more you must first control your thoughts in order to correct the situation. There are many cures for baldness but your brain may not direct you in those directions. Your mind will know in which direction to take but you must follow the lead.

You can train your mind to do anything actually. Your mind controls your brain and your brain controls your body. The brain is a magnificient machine but that’s all it is. Without your mind your brain would vegitate. Your mind is the inteligent part of the duo and your brain is the mechanical part doing whatever your mind tells it to do. Sure it carries out all kinds of autonomic functions to keep your body alive but it is completely subsurvient to your mind.

People who are brain dead but their body continues to survive are a body without a mind. The brain lives on doing what it was designed to do, keep the body alive. When the mind evacuates the body you have a coma or a brain dead person.

Learn to control your mind and not your brain. Most people try to control their brains and forget about concentrating on the true advantage of training their mind.

There are a lot of emotions that you and everyone else must deal with throughout the day. Of course there are negative emotions and there are positive emotions. But did you know that emotions have frequencies? Higher frequencies are associated with blissful emotions like love, joy, extacy, harmony etc and lower frequencies are associated with negative emotions like hate, rage, jealousy and anger.

The reason why I associate emotions with frequencies is because the universe is comprised of frequencies and the frequencies attract one another. So if your emotions are comprised of low frequencies you will attract more low frequencies into your life. If your life is mainly comprised of high frequency emotions that is what you will attract into your life.

This is a universal law and it works for everybody every day, every time. You can’t get away from it because it is beyond your ability to change it. It is a universal law. So you do want to concentrate on making sure you only attract high frequencies into your life. Don’t let negative emotions drag down your frequency.

When you are emanating low frequencies it will attract more low frequencies into your life. Your entire existence is electrical and frequency driven. You can’t change that but you can control how your frequencies contribute to your life by what you think. Like attracts like and if you dwell on negative frequencies all day long you will attract more of them into your life.

You have a choice. You can dwell on negative frequencies or positive frequencies. Since positive frequencies bring positive things into your life why not dwell on positive frequencies or positive thoughts? Sometimes it may seem difficult to do this but with practice and patients it can be done. And when you get into the right frequency you can turn your life around in a very short time.

Remember that your reality is primarily based upon what you think about most. I didn’t create this law but I sure have to live with it and so do you. Take a few minutes every day to monitor your thoughts. If most of them are negative or low frequency thoughts then that’s what you will attract into your life.

This is a simple concept to understand but you will have problems seeing the outcome if you don’t practice the exercise of eliminating lower frequencies and bad thoughts. Start today and don’t give up, even when things aren’t going your way. You probably have a lifetime of bad thinking to overcome. It took a long time to program your mind with low frequencies so please try to take back your mind and replace it with high frequency thoughts.

Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian term which means to clean your own thoughts and beliefs to improve your life. It’s basis is hinged on the proclimination that you control your own reality. If you can change your own reality you can change what you perceive to be happening around you.

When you change your perception of your own reality you can change many things that you not only project but what you percieve.  By “clensing” you can purge negative perceptions infringing into your reality and eliminate or improve upon them. There are many types of clensing routines but the one Joe Vitale recommends is by chanting  these phraises:

Let me break down these phraises for you and the meaning to each.

“I’m Sorry” is a way of apologizing to the universal consciousness for recognizing the problem that you are concentrating on and to apologize for the ideas existence. Since the problem is part of your experience you automatically accept that it is your fault that it exists and you are taking responsibility for its existence.

“Please Forgive Me” represents your attrition for forming the thought (remember thoughts are things) that brought the problem into existence. You are asking the universe for forgiveness even though you don’t really know what part you actually played in the deliverance of the thought that caused you to actualize the problem into your existence.

“Thank You” is your actual praise towards the universe for actually putting the problem back on track or eliminating it.

“I Love You” is the universal cement that holds everything together. Love relates to God and God is love and loving is next to Godliness.  You are expressing your love to and of the universe and the universe will respond.

Ho’oponopono  can be used to change your life because you can use it to change your own reality. You yourself create your own reality but Ho’oponopono can help you communicate with the universal mind to get what you want. It can help you to purge wrong thinking thoughts from your mind and replace them with forward thinking thoughts. The kind of thoughts that you want the universe to respond to.

The way it works is this. As soon as you catch yourself thinking any negative thoughts like, money is hard to make, or I’m so fat, or I’m worthless, you immediately start thinking or saying the mantra of “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you. The people that you know, meet and exchange ideas with are all a product of your own mind. They do exist, however, but they are running their own play at the same time as you are but their perception of their own physical existence is totally different than yours.

What you do in your play has some rigid rules that you are forced to conform to. Many of the rules that you live by are controlled by thoughts that you experienced while you were growing up, before you had control of your own existence. Your parents had a lot of control over you before you were allowed to control your own materializations. Many of those original ideas are confirmed in your mind and color your thoughts to this day.

Your way of life today is a result of ideas that you learned in the past. You can change those ideas if they are not working for you. One way to do this is by using Ho’oponopono. Too many times people don’t ask for what they want in life and for sure they don’t receive any of it. True as it is most people are asking for what they don’t want rather than what they do want. It’s really messed up so you better start watching what you think about. The thoughts that you think will manifest themselves as sure as you do when you think your arm to move. I didn’t invent it, I just have to live with it, and so do you.

Occurrences that happen in your life can come from anything. Be they positive or negative. A person in India can affect the thought patterns of somebody living in the US for some unwieldy reason but it’s a fact. We are all connected. So the next time you stub your toe don’t blame yourself, it could be from some outside influence that you are not entirely aware of.

However, when something bad happens to you don’t think that it is a trigger for your life to go down the toilet. Step over it and move on. If you dwell on it you will have even more bad stuff happen to you in short order. Get over it!

The mind is a funny thing. It is different than the brain so don’t get the two mixed up. Your brain interpolates electrical signals from your mind. The brain is just a mechanical device that is used to control your body. None of your thoughts come from your brain. All of your thoughts come from your mind which is far more advanced that your brain.

Even though your brain in incredibly complex it does not even stand a chance when compared with your mind. Your mind is you and your brain is your device that controls your physical body. Don’t confuse the two.

Thoughts come from your mind which lives in a different place, not Earth. Don’t panic because you can’t ever be hurt by your true self and you will never die because you do not have the capacity to. Your life is made up of electrical impulses. Energy cannot die and it is impossible for you to die. Your physical body can die but your consciousness lives on forever.

Learn how to deal with the moment. Make every moment you have here a joyous one. Have fun with your life because it is just a phantasm. A place where you are temporarily visiting and you can come back time and time again if you are not happy with your outcome.

Many people live their lives in a semi dream-state. They go through their life unconscionably making decisions based on thoughts that are not their own. They have been programmed from birth by the people who have raised them, by their co-workers, by their childhood friends or anybody who they interacted with from birth.

So if you think that you don’t have enough money to pay your bills constantly guess what? You won’t have enough money to pay your bills.

Most people were programmed from birth that they must do a thing a certain way to be successful. If you stray from that path you will suffer. These ideas were crammed into our heads from our parents, siblings, schoolmates and work associates. They are so far from the truth that saying that the sun will never shine again would be an equal.

Today, I want you to take back your mind. Because you lost it. You lost it to people telling you lies all of your life. People who think they know more than you do, television commercials and blatant advertising that are all lies. Other people who tell you that it can’t be done or what you want is impossible. You see things are impossible to them so they think they should be impossible to you as well.

There is one thing that you should know and that is NOTHING is impossible. If you think you can or you think you can’t, you are correct because it is all about what you think. Know this now, thoughts are things and what you think will happen, what you think about most will happen faster. What you think about all the time will happen the fastest.

If you are thinking negative thoughts all day that’s exactly what will enter into your life. The universe will give you exactly what you want and it doesn’t care if it affects other peoples lives because this is your reality. The other people in your life are living their own reality and even though you think you are affecting their reality, you are not. Their perception of their own reality is not affected by what is happening in your life even though it may appear as so.

You and you alone create your own reality and it is like you are creating your own personal movie as you go along with your life. What you think about is what will happen in you life. Life is a bunch of thoughts so be careful what you think about. If you constantly dwell on bad things that is exactly what will manifest in your reality.

You have the power through your own thoughts to write your own personal play. Your own experience in this world on which you live is determined by what you think. And it is not the “power of positive thinking” that I am talking about, although that is helpful. What your thoughts dwell upon will determine exactly what happens in your life.

That is why you were brought here. To learn how to control your thoughts. On the other side, after you die or expire from your Earthly existence, you must learn to control your thoughts because every thought that you think happens instantaneously. Earth is a training ground to let you control your thoughts. Things happen a lot slower on Earth than they do on the other side so this is a perfect environment for you to cultivate how your thoughts and ideas work.

Not many people understand this. Who does? Simple. Anybody who has made a serious difference here on Earth like Edison, Churchill, Nostradamus, Gates, Plato, Christ, Mohammad, Socrates, Franklin, Shakespeare, Newton and the list goes on and on including most self made millionaires.

This is the secret that all of them knew and all successful people today know. It’s the Law of Attraction. It’s the law that states that whatever we think about most will materialize in our life.
