There are a lot of emotions that you and everyone else must deal with throughout the day. Of course there are negative emotions and there are positive emotions. But did you know that emotions have frequencies? Higher frequencies are associated with blissful emotions like love, joy, extacy, harmony etc and lower frequencies are associated with negative emotions like hate, rage, jealousy and anger.
The reason why I associate emotions with frequencies is because the universe is comprised of frequencies and the frequencies attract one another. So if your emotions are comprised of low frequencies you will attract more low frequencies into your life. If your life is mainly comprised of high frequency emotions that is what you will attract into your life.
This is a universal law and it works for everybody every day, every time. You can’t get away from it because it is beyond your ability to change it. It is a universal law. So you do want to concentrate on making sure you only attract high frequencies into your life. Don’t let negative emotions drag down your frequency.
When you are emanating low frequencies it will attract more low frequencies into your life. Your entire existence is electrical and frequency driven. You can’t change that but you can control how your frequencies contribute to your life by what you think. Like attracts like and if you dwell on negative frequencies all day long you will attract more of them into your life.
You have a choice. You can dwell on negative frequencies or positive frequencies. Since positive frequencies bring positive things into your life why not dwell on positive frequencies or positive thoughts? Sometimes it may seem difficult to do this but with practice and patients it can be done. And when you get into the right frequency you can turn your life around in a very short time.
Remember that your reality is primarily based upon what you think about most. I didn’t create this law but I sure have to live with it and so do you. Take a few minutes every day to monitor your thoughts. If most of them are negative or low frequency thoughts then that’s what you will attract into your life.
This is a simple concept to understand but you will have problems seeing the outcome if you don’t practice the exercise of eliminating lower frequencies and bad thoughts. Start today and don’t give up, even when things aren’t going your way. You probably have a lifetime of bad thinking to overcome. It took a long time to program your mind with low frequencies so please try to take back your mind and replace it with high frequency thoughts.
